Khee Guan was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 1992 and the Malaysian Bar in 1993. He practised civil litigation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia before returning to the UK.
Khee Guan completed his M.Sc in Construction Law and Arbitration at King's College London in 2002 and re-qualified as a Solicitor under the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Regulations in 2005. He joined Oxford Law Group in 2005.
Khee Guan is experienced in Immigration, Nationality and Asylum Law and practice and is accredited to the level of senior caseworker under the Law Society Accreditation Scheme. Khee Guan also specialises in Mental Health Law and is a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel. He is able to provide services in Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese. |
