We are aware that many people are nervous and unsure when they first go to see a solicitor. One of those fears can be over the expense. We aim to give clear guidance as to the charges that will be likely and will, in discussion with you, offer you the opportunity to pay an agreed fixed fee rather than an hourly rate to see matters through to a conclusion. This will normally apply to financial disputes but we are happy to consider a negotiated fixed fee on any matter. This is something you should raise at your first appointment.
